SACIA saw recognized their good practices and the successful implementation of Quality Systems Basics Plus, by obtaining the QSB+ certification.
This certification recognizes the aptitude of SACIA as PSA and GM group supplier.
During December of 2014 took place a collection of used batteries for the IPO(Portuguese Institute of Oncology), in order to give to this Institute two treatment apparatus for cancer patients.
The SACIA Group contributed requesting all employees to place used batteries in existing collection points in the company.
The campaign was boosted by email and posters.
On the 2th and 3th October 2014 took place audits for renewal of certification of Integrated Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001: 2004 for activities: Production by cutting, metal parts and assemblies, stamping, assembly and welding.
The certification was renewed until 12/21/2017.
